The IEEE European Test Symposium (ETS) is Europe’s premier forum dedicated to presenting and discussing scientific results, emerging ideas, applications, hot topics, and new trends in the area of electronic-based circuits and system testing and reliability. The Symposium traditionally enjoys a strong balance among academic and industrial participants.

Three Vendor Sessions

ETS2 Special Track: a special workshop on "Emerging Test Strategies" of high industrial character. This year’s theme is "Automotive on its way to Zero Defects … how do they do it?".

Industry Wish List: short elevator talks by industry experts pointing to current, wide scope, scientific challenges or problems faced by industry that demand urgent solutions.

• Self-Awareness and Resilience Against Faults, Bugs and Attacks
• Machine Learning Techniques for System Level Test and Diagnosis

Social Event: visit at the archeological site of the acropolis of the ancient city-kingdom of Kourion, followed by a gala dinner at the Evagoras Lanitis Centre - Carob Mill cultural center, situated at the center of the Old Town of Limassol.

• Workshop on Reliability, Security and Quality (RESCUE)

The ETS 2017 registration site is now open at www.ets17.org.cy/home/registration. The advance registration deadline is April 14th, 2017.

Attendees of ETS-2017 can benefit from special rates at a number of hotels in the vicinity of the conference venue (including the conference hotel itself).
